I have to make it really worthwhile I guess...
So this morning! a good breakfast before yoga: a bowl full of fruit!
Then a layer of apples, grated apples, cinnamon, banana. And cinnamon. I luv it!
And okay, I know, I am weird, I always peel the apples, chunk m up, but then... eat the peel. I know..
I know, I look horrible in the morning! And I need a haircut ;)
That was the morning. Then Yoga Class finally.
Actually it was full but,... I just sneaked in cause I felt like it soooo much. And I fitted in, so no problemo.
Very nice, lots of meditation and stretching, so really good when you have a cold like me!
Wanted to pick up my bike at the market, where I left it on Saturday, but then decided to have lunch first as my stomach was growling.
And I just realized why oatmeal is so popular with many bloggers! it is photogenic!

Cooked on stovetop. Added:
-2 scoops of grated coconut
-half a banana
And the last meal of the day after an afternoon with my sis and the kids! Sorry, no photo's cause.. two hands full of children, dolls, fake bottles, food, drawing stuff, and cappuccino and minttea!
They are lovely.

oh ps , above is sticky brown rice leftover, pimped with roasted pumpkin (the green one!), goat's cheese and a salad of spinach leaves and leftover eggplant. Wonderful and inspired by pumpkin and goat's cheese risotto which I always make, but I wanted something with loads of fibres, ... and had the sticky brown rice left. Sticky it was! Love it.
